
Use: Preparation: Add 1 ½ tsp. of agar-agar to 2 cups of fruit juice. While stirring, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 sec. Let cool so that the mixture sets firmly. Substitution: in recipes, replace 1 sachet of gelatin (7 g) with 1 ½ tsp. powdered agar-agar.
