Vitamin D2 is the plant-derived form of Vitamin D, and is helpful in the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. Vitamin D increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphorus. When combined with a healthy diet and exercise Vitamin D has been shown to reduce risk of development of osteoporosis.
RECOMMENDED DOSE
(Children Ages 6+, Adolescents (9-18), Adults 18+): 1 softgel per day or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
